Cocoa Powder Natural (non bleached)
Our cocoa powder is made from well fermented and dried Ghana cocoa beans. After sorting to remove foreign material, the cocoa beans are roasted and shelled after cooling to nibs. The roasted nibs are then grounded to cocoa liquor/mass which is pressed to produce cocoa cake. The cocoa cake is then grounded to fine cocoa powder.
